Isn’t this an Israeli dish? it’s awesome (:
That I dont know! It had a distinctly south of the border flavor.
A lotta salsa??? How ’bout alot of EGGS! Just how many of you were there for breakfast??
Happy Friday to you, too!
I think there were five of us!!
It looks like you are cooking outdoors. What is in the other pot, Biscuits?
Sandy, I want to say that pot was empty!! We had corn tortillas going on another skillet.
Fun way to cook eggs …
It was pretty cool! A new way for me as well.
I love it
thanks Jake!
certainly looks yummy
Jo, it sure was! I ate my egg and salsa in a skillet warmed corn tortilla… pretty good!!
I have to admit that at first I was a little was not sure about what was in the pan with the eggs, but reading that it was salsa makes it sound like a great meal!
You and me both, pal!
My first reaction was yuk! but its kinda grown on me and I bet it must have been delicious!
It really was!!!
Reminds me of a scene from ‘Cool Hand Luke’.
With salsa.
Indeed!!! Thanks, Inky!
Certainly looks pretty damn good!
It really was!!! Especially wrapped up in a nice warm corn tortilla!
That looks delicious! I might have to try cooking my eggs that way. Indoors if I must, but outdoors would be perfect. Food just tastes better when it’s cooked outdoors.
something about the whole dutch oven thing… it does make it more yummy!!
