Thunderbird
I found this magnificent pictograph in Big Bend, along the Rio Grande…..
along the river
I’m surely no expert…. but to me, this looks like the Big Bend itself. The squiggly lines supposedly represent water, bending together in the bottom left. Thunderbird in the middle and the bright sun overhead! Anyone else get that??

Totally agree– I see what you see–just another one of nature and old man time’s footprints.

I certainly can see that – I might be influenced by your description, of course, but I’d sure like to think I might have come up with a similar interpretation, too. Knowing me it probably would have been a bit sillier than all that, but… you know.
