Hi Jane! This is a bit of a weather phenomena… if there’s enough humidity in the air, as the jet nears the speed of sound… you get a cone like this sometime. It’s essentially vapor coming off the jet as it’s cruising along. It lasted all of about 5-6 frames at 14 frames a second. 🙂
