Tidying up some loose ends…
Over the last several years I have honestly neglected this little corner of the interwebs and devoted the majority of my photo time towards building up an audience on Facebook.
I’ve come to the conclusion that Facebook is not where I want to direct my limited amount of time to and will instead re-direct my time and attention back here.
Along with that, I have also set up another couple of blogs over the years that focused independently on my love for adventure motorcycles and bike racing – and rather than divide time between the various blogs I’ll also be posting that content here as well. I hope you don’t mind!
Moving forward, this little blog ‘o mine will feature my traditional landscape photography – primarily focused on Texas but elsewhere as well as time and trips allow – but you’ll also get #adv content, bike stuff, gun stuff, probably some images of my German Shepherd, history stuff and who knows what else.
So buckle up, fun time is coming!

Great photos Derrick. I can relate to having diverse interests. Blogging takes a lot of time and energy, but it’s been worth it for me.
