The Caprock

Caprock Canyons State Park, located up in the Texas panhandle, is well worth the trip to get there. The little brother to Palo Duro State Park, I prefer the Caprock as there’s less people – and perhaps more importantly, the Texas State bison herd resides there. I’ve been there many times and never tire of the red canyons and blue skies.
